In a remarkable revelation, one of Israel’s most highly regarded rabbis Yitzhak Kaduri, left a sealed note shortly before his death disclosing the name of the Messiah. When the note was finally unsealed it confirmed a belief that has persisted for centuries: Yehushua, also known as Yeshua (commonly referred to as Jesus), is indeed the Messiah of Israel.
Rabbi Kaduri’s note contained a hidden message, describing the Messiah using six words and hinting that the initial letters form the name of the Messiah. The concealed message read: “He will lift the people and prove that his word and law are valid. This is I have signed in the month of mercy, Messiahs-Name-Yitzhak-Kaduri.”
The Hebrew sentence containing the hidden name of the Messiah reads: “Yarim Ha’Am Veyokhiakh Shedvaro Vetorato Omdim.” The initials of this sentence spell the Hebrew name of Yahushua. Yahushua and Yeshua are effectively the same name, derived from the same Hebrew root of the word “salvation” as documented in Zechariah 6:11 and Ezra 3:2.
Rabbi Kaduri’s revelation has significant implications, as it aligns with the New Testament accounts of Jesus. This revelation was met with mixed reactions in the Israeli media and among Jews. Some questioned the authenticity, while others acknowledged it as genuine.
Kaduri’s portrayal of the Messiah included a belief that the Messiah would first confirm his position without being aware of it and would then reveal himself to the people. This event would occur after the passing of former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, and several other Chassidic rabbis had made similar predictions.
Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri, known for his incredible knowledge and wisdom, passed away at the age of 108. He had a profound influence on the Jewish community and was respected for his spiritual guidance and miraculous abilities. His predictions about the Messiah and his teachings about recognizing the Messiah have left a lasting impact.
Kaduri’s passing in January 2006 was a significant event, with over 200,000 people participating in his funeral procession through the streets of Jerusalem. He believed that the Messiah’s arrival would bring about the rescue of Jerusalem from foreign religions vying for control.
His son, Rabbi David Kaduri, confirmed his father’s deep focus on the Messiah in his final days, stating that his father had met the Messiah in a vision and foretold of his imminent arrival.
This revelation, along with the symbols painted by Rabbi Kaduri, which resembled crosses, has sparked intrigue and debate within the Orthodox Jewish community. It’s a matter that continues to generate discussion and reflection.
The revelation of the Messiah’s name by Rabbi Kaduri is a significant event in the religious community, and it highlights the enduring interest and belief in the Messiah’s coming in various traditions.
